Rules & Regulations
( All rules are applicable and fully implemented from 1 April 2025 )
01. The fee for a 5 pages website will be Rs 7,850, apart from this, if any new page is created then the fee per page will be Rs 1,000. Only contact forms will be provided on the website. Apart from this, if any new form is designed then the fee for the page with the form will be Rs 2,000 and it will be mandatory to pay Rs 2,850 hosting fee in advance for the new website.
02. The fee for a 10 pages e-commerce website will be Rs 27,850. Apart from this, if any new page is created then the fee per page will be Rs 1,500. Only contact forms will be provided on the website. Apart from this, if any new form is designed then the fee for the page with the form will be Rs 3,000 and it will be mandatory to pay Rs 2,850 hosting fee in advance for the new website.
03. 2GB hosting space is available for every new website and to increase the hosting space you have to pay an additional Rs 500 for 1GB.
04. There will be no charge for new updates in the entire website but Rs. 500 will be charged per time for changing the old data (provided the data is sent on WhatsApp or mail etc. If the data is to be provided by a person then the charge will be Rs. 1,000 per hour).
05. Website transfer processing fee of 50% of the website fee will be charged for transferring the existing website.
06. Please make the payment before the due date to avoid suspension of services. Customers are eligible for 100% tax exemption if the total payment is received within 10 days from the due date. Full payment is required to be made after 3 days of the due date otherwise 10% of your due amount will be charged extra if full payment is not made within 3 days.
07. If you want to close the website temporarily or permanently then you need to raise a ticket with us (Msg Example) & Please note that once the hosting service is suspended, it can neither be reactivated nor any data backup can be provided without renewal payment.
08. Data transfer charges from old website to new domain/website will be 50% (of today's pricing). Renewal of domain and hosting web space (1 year = fee Rs. 2,850) is mandatory every year.
09. Works like social media, digital marketing and printing will be done from Monday to Sunday and also on government holidays.
10. Any update or change in the website will be confirmed within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday and website related work will be closed on every Sunday or government holidays.
