Your hosting plan includes the ability to create professional email addresses like you@yourdomain.com — far more trustworthy than a generic Gmail address for business. From cPanel, go to Email Accounts, click Create, choose a username and password, and set a mailbox size. You can then access this email via Webmail (a browser-based inbox), or configure it in Outlook/Gmail app using the IMAP/SMTP settings provided. We recommend enabling SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records (found under DNS settings) to improve email deliverability and reduce spam flagging.
